Severe projectile vomitting and diarrhea. Really bad chills along with nausea and headache. I ordered a double double with regular onion, animal style fries, and vanilla shake. Ordered double double cheeseburger and fries on 3/25/26 as take out. Ate meal shortly after leaving restaurant when I arrived home.

Woke up on 3/26/26 which stomach cramps, frequent diarrhea, chills, nausea, headache, fever.
