Worst pain I've ever been in.... missed work because of it. Not able to leave the toilet ... cramps, nausea, fever, throwing up .... all over 4 tacos I got at 9 pm when I hadn't had a single thing to eat all day ! Just terrible !!!! Ordered a susage borrito, was eating it halfway down and I literally thought I bit into someone's shit. Did not finish it the borrito after that happened.... I folded the borrito up and put it in the bag. And now I'm here bc I'm sick  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

Order food after 9 p.m. @ this location and cashier was rude then went home and ate. A coworker brought in Jack in the Box for breakfast. I had 2 egg and ham sandwiches. Late in the evening I started to get cramps and the entire day following I had diarrhea, slight fever and intense stomach pains.
