Jack in the box, My son ate about 5pm on Sunday 3/31/19 the rest of our family ate at a different restaurant. Around 9:15-8:30 he vomited a huge amount. He cleaned up and tried to go back to bed. 20- 30 min later Vomiting and till the following day  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ate a value fry and three tacos from Jack in the Box, and within an hour I was nauseated and had to rush to the bathroom twice. I have terrible diarrhea, and I can only assume that I suddenly felt sick to my stomach after eating food from Jack in the Box.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Jack in the box, Ordered a chicken sandwich and 2 tacos. I think it was the chicken. It was hard and burned and it just seemed off. When you’re hungry though you don’t think.
