I had the country potato breakfast plate. Couldn’t finish before I started having stomach cramps. Moments later had watery diarrhea and projectile vomit. The pain in my stomach was undeniably the worst pain I ever felt.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Right before 3 I started puking. I could drive home had to call my girl to puck me up. Went to an urgent care amd was sent to the er. His was all I ate today. Tried to drink Gatorade and puked. Bought pepto and puked.  | Symptoms: Nausea
