Ordered a little John Vito at around 3pm. Didn’t taste right. Bread tasted old and meat tasted funny and plastic like. Only thing I ate all day and at 3am woke up with horrible pain and had to run to the bathroom.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I ordered a totally tuna sandwich and some pesto pasta salad. Pasta salad was dated to go bad that day. Ate my meal and became severely ill with food poisoning approximately 3 hours later. Nausea, non stop vomiting, extreme diarrhea, body aches, chills, heads headache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache

Onset: Less than 4 hours
Duration: 12 to 24 hours
Additional information: About 5 hours after eating i was feeling sick. Excessive diarrhea, extreme vomiting, extremely weak. Bad headache

About 12 hours after eating a ham sandwich I had extreme bowling pain and diarrhea.
I was the only person in my house sick and I was the only person who ate at Jimmy John’s that day

Had a meeting with my work colleagues, we had the sandwich tray with turkey, ham, tuna, roast beef & veggie. So far 13 of the 17 of us are extremely sick with the symptoms above.
