I had a New York Strip and salad, but I also had 3 glasses of water with lemons, I had about 4 wedges of lemons which may have been the problem.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Cheese fries burgers and salad all had bacon and bacon bits. All 11 members got sick and then the following day another friend got sick from the same food. Possible vender issue?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

My son, husband and I had steak, broccoli, and back potatoes. My stomach hurted when I got home but I thought I ate to much I was awoken with severe stomach pain, nausea, and diarrhea. My son and spouse the same plus vomiting. We all may have to go to the doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
