Got a mcdouble lg fry Apple pie and lastly drank a shamrock shake. Didn't make it 2p minutes before I had terrible cramps. No diarrhea, just terrible cramps. Keep trying to poop nothing comes out. Just started puking green milkshake. Hoping the cramps will go away and… See more

On the 11th of may yesterday at approximately 17:45 food was purchased and then eaten. Then at around 11.30 pm until all hours of the morning waking in sleep and rushing to the toilet and nearly fainting on the toilet. 4 people got sick including my 11 yr old child  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
