I had a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a double cheeseburger from the drive through, I finished neither as they looked thrown together and parts of the burger meat were darker, dryer and colder than usual, I started feeling unwell the day after  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Grand big Mac Consumed grand big Mac at 8pm. Slept with very unsettled stomach. Experienced violent vomiting at 10am the next morning. Vomited a few times in the space of an hour, then did not vomit again at all. Diarrhoea present as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a Big Mac last night and have been puking and diarrhea since My wife and I ate our dinner after we got home from there at around 9pm dec 27,2019. Symptoms started at about 11pm. So about 2 hours  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate here 12/26/2019 at 1:00 and got sick with stomach pains and nausea 2 hours later. I ate a Big Mac meal with a coke. Later that night I was unable to eat and had chills and fever that night.
