strawberry banana smoothie. upon arrival at work I had finished drinking said smoothie. approximately 15 minutes into my shift I started to feel nauseous and have been throwing up for 4 hours now. Due to this I have to be relieved from work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a vanilla ice cream within 15 to20 minutes I was cramped and sweating I felt dizzy then I started to vomiting then the runs this went on for 10 hours this morning in left weak and shaky can't eat im only sipping water it was horrible  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dizziness, Other, Weakness, Sweating

It got me my wife , 3 year old daughter and 5 year old son sick . We had a mcdouble and fries each and thats all we ate and my kids came dwon with fever and vomiting . Us adults only have nausea  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
