Both my girlfriend and I had breakfast at McDonald's. And ate exactly the same thing after that she started feeling nauseous which makes me nervous because she is pregnant. Soon after I became nauseous and now have diarrhea. I'm hoping that it doesn't get too serious that we have to go to E.R  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

Mac Jr. Tasted ok at first, but noticed pink spots in patty & upon looking closer, meat smelled bad. Stopped eating & threw out. 3-4 hours later, severe stomach cramps, pain, severe vomiting.
