My son had french fries the only thing he ate that day. projectile vomiting , non stop vomiting to the point of heaving , can’t keep water down. Diarrhea followed then fever with stomach cramps. onset 2 hours . lasted still going at 12 hours now  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps

My daughter and I went to McDonald's for dinner yesterday. I ate almost the same as them, except I had a vegan burger and they ate chicken nuggets. Since last night, she's broken and has stomach problems. The broken out food also looked like half-digested meat/nuggets.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Well I am pretty positive that plain iced coffee just cream and sugar I got gave me food poisoning. It's the only thing I started out my day with and I've been sick all night!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
