Ordered a pizza around 12:30 pm on 01/12, started vomiting around 10:00pm the same day. Have not been able to keep anything down for almost two days now & also suffering from dehydration.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
