I ordered the Ravioli Carbonara on December 29, 2024. I felt sick after I ate it but I thought maybe I was coming down with something. Then today, December 30, 2024 I ate the left overs at home and got sick an hour later. I’m 100% it’s the food because I was fine before.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Carbonara from the Morgantown Olive Garden and had to spend several hours in the emergency room last night as I was unable to keep any liquids down.
