I got a steak rice bowl with grilled veggies, 1/2 pinto and 1/2 black beans, and queso. Ate around 8:30pm - started having intense abdominal cramps around 1am which progressed to vomiting and diarrhea quickly. A couple weeks ago Not sure. Probably lettuce Whole household got sick after eating sandwiches with lettuce. Lettuce got bad fast so we stopped eating it, and the other foods used were fine.
