I had dinner at Carmines 2/4/24 430-5 pm. Ordered fried calamari, baked clams, rigatoni Bolognase and meatballs. Felt ill within the hour. 2-3 hours later projectile violent vomiting, diarrhea, headache. Vomiting on and off throughout the night. Just resting today. Feel beat up. Ate here last night, within an hour I had stomach pains/nausea - began vomiting 1.5 hours after eating - diarrhea began 3 hours after eating and has lasted throughout the night. So far 12 hours.
