I got the beef dish on Friday early evening, that is all I ate on Friday. Woke up Saturday with diarrhea and within a couple hours I had severe and unbearable stomach cramps and vomiting. I had chills and a low grade fever and got to spend my birthday in the emergency room!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills

I ate wok fired shrimp with white rice and wontons yesterday, 4/15/22 around 11:15am. I started to feel nauseated a couple of hours later and had my first attack of diarrhea. Had a bowl of honey walnut shrimp and chow mein. Thirty minutes later experienced horrible nausea, stomach pain/cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea that lasted for three days after. Could barely walk. Sick call put me in quarters. this place took a Soldier out!
