Ordered a Panda bowl with chicken teriyaki, rice and veggies. It was about 7pm and it crossed my mind that it was not apparent how long the chicken was sitting, but I ate it anyway. At 1am I woke up with horrible chills which lasted an hour then changed to a 101 fever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills

11am. 5/25/16. Had orange chicken, peppered steak and chow mein. Also ordered a chicken egg roll. Symptoms hit me around 9pm. Watery diarrhea, dizziness, and stomach cramps. I haven't been able to hold any food or drink in since then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Dizziness

I brought my food About 6 pm. I ordered fried rice, black pepper chicken , Angus steak, crab rangoon my symptoms started around midnight. On May 19, 2016, in the evening, I ate 2 small pieces of teriyaki chicken from the Apopka Panda Express. Within a few hours I started with the chills, then terrible nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.
