On Sunday morning 7 Mach 2021, I ate an egg white, avocado and cheese breakfast sandwich with coffee. I had had nothing to eat or drink before that since the previous evening. Ate four cheese soufflé at approximately 10:15 AM, and dark roast coffee and half and half. Started getting stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea at approximately 1:00 PM, then again at 4:45 PaM.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
