My girlfriend went and got chicken noodle soup and a chocolate chip cookie around 5pm. That is the only thing she had to eat yesterday. Couple hours later she was puking severe stomach cramps and pains.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain
