Got take out of 1/2 turkey bacon avocado and 1/2 strawberry chicken salad. About 1/2 hour after eating took a nap, then felt sick about 2 hours after eating. About an hour later was vomiting profusion.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I was completely fine. I went to eat Panera at 11:30 am. About an hour after eating it my stomach began rumbling. Within 3 hours I had diarrhea and nausea and vomiting. Within 5 hours the vomiting stopped but I am still experiencing diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a small bowl of chicken noodle soup, some bread, and a half grilled cheese around 8pm, by 4am I had uncontrollable diarrhea and nausea. It is now 1 pm the next day and I'm still recovering from the symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
