My son will on occasion eat at Panera and the last 3 times he had vomiting a few hours after. It could be a coincidence. The first 2 times it was followed by diarrhea but not sure yet on this latest situation. We will see...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

chicken sandwich - co-worker and I had the same sandwich and we were ill within 2 hours. Severe cramping, diarrhea, Nausea and Vomiting. Had to go to the emergency room.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Had breakfast this morning at Panera on Canal St. Ordered a chocolate chip bagel with walnut cream cheese as well as a cheese pastry. Started feeling nauseous about an hour after breakfast and have been in bathroom constantly since then.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
