My co worker ordered me lunch and it was a reg hot dog and chesse fries. Within a couple of hours I had gas, sharp stomach pain, and uncontrollable vomit. Never in my like will I ever eat anything from Portillos. What a scary, terrible feeling.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Stomach Pain
