French fries, I was told we were in the drive thru waiting for awhile because the workers were waiting on fresh fires when I ate them they were clearly not fresh and once i was finished I immediately felt sick and disgusted. At 2 double cheeseburgers around 06:30PM on 02-21-19... By 8:00PM I was ill... Sick all night at work until I got to my motel and threw up at 03:00AM on 02-22-19... I’m thinking it HAD to be the Rally’s...  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Around 1pm i ate a rally burger with no pickle or onion meal with a coke. Within 2 hours i was puking and had diarrhea. I had stomach pains so bad i went to the er where i was diagnosed with food poisoning. Also had a horrible headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain

I ordered a fish sandwich fry sprite apple pie and funnel cake fries. About a hour after eating it my head started hurting fairly bad out of no where. I would get nauseated cramps and have to run to the bath room. Constant diarrhea since last night.… See more

I picked up a sack of the All American Cheeseburgers on 09-26-18 around 3:45 p.m. I ate them Wednesday and Thursday and by Friday morning, I had a severe case of Colitis with diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, bleeding and ended up in the emergency room later that day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
