Roti Modern Mediterranean Food Poisoning

OBSERVED CHEMICAL/STORAGE AREA IN BASEMENT NEXT TO WALK IN COOLER NOT MAINTAINED. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE UNNECESSARY ITEMS AND CLUTTER , ORGANIZE ALL BOXES , CLEANING SUPPLIES, ETC AND PROVIDE PROPER STORAGE RACKS TO ELEVATE ALL ITEMS 6 INCHES OFF THE GROUND AND MAINTAIN.MUST ORGANIZE TOWELS/APRON/EMPLOYEE BELONGINGS NEXT TO STAIR CASE TO PREVENT PEST HARBORING.

“On 6/4/2019 around 4PM, we had roti takeout meals. My husband and I had the chicken roti. His was on a salad and mine was a rice plate with hummus, couscous and tomato and cucumber. We both had diarrhea. My stomach discomfort has now been 24 hours. The chicken roti... had just come off the grill according to my husband. ”
