I got the surf & turf burrito and my husband got steak baja burrito for lunch. We both got really sick that night. We threw up numerous times and had diarrhea. I had to go to the hospital becuase I'm 29 weeks pregnant.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

Had food delivered Sunday night and ate Sunday night. Stomach pains began an hour later. Monday morning symptoms of nausea, headache and severe diarrhea.
