Food poisoning from seafood and tacos is possible. Nausea and vomiting are commonly reported symptoms from Rubio's food poisoning and campylobacter is the most commonly reported diagnosis. The bacteria is found in shellfish and meat. Symptoms can include bloody diarrhea, stomach pain, and vomiting.
