Cafe hotdog. Got one yesterday morning. By the afternoon I got sick. Started with nausea and escalated to diarrhea and vomiting. Almost passed out in the bathroom at one point. Next day feeling weak but starting to recover.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Weakness
