Bought a four meat Sam's Club whole pizza on Thursday evening, April 2, 2026. I ate a few slices while on a road trip that afternoon and felt fine but the next day I ate two more slices and got deathly ill. I ate the taco kit with chicken, salsa, chili lime. I ate it and woke up with severe diarrhea and nausea. It was on a discount and I'm not sure they were aware of something hence why the cut in price. Never will I eat from there again.
