Came into the SHake shack outside of the KOP mall at 1030 on Friday. Order a double smoke shack, the cheese and peppers were dead cold. I ate it, and the next morning was throwing up. I hadn’t eaten anything since 11 am that Friday before the shake shack.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Ate a hamburger with pickle and onion. Special sauce as well. Symptoms started about two hours after. Vomiting and diarrhea. Sick about ten times. So ill could not work today.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I ate a mushroom burger with fries on the 01.21.2018 at Shake Shack Westfield mall, UTC. In 30 min approximately I started feeling a very strong cramps and pain in my stomach. I had diarrhoea several times that evening and uncomfortable feelings in my stomach. Had to take some medicine.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps

I had lunch yesterday at Shake shack and had the smoke burger- I didn’t have any breakfast so I’m certain it was that. About 2 hours later I was violently ill with vomiting and diarrhoea, I couldn’t keep any water in my stomach all night and had severe stomach cramps. Very unimpressed.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I ate a regular hamburger yesterday night and i woke up with heavy headache... followed by vomiting (6 times) and diarhia . I feel better after i threw up 6 times and took advil. The burger didnt have onion or pickel .. just the meat lettus and tomato  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
