I had i number 1 with a Oreo milkshake. I bought it around 5 and by 10 i was on the toilet stomach cramping the next day i could barely get my baby dressed for day care i was scared i was going to use the bathroom on myself when i got to work i was sent home with meds.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Stomach began cramping before I even finished the Burger. Within ten minutes I was puking the entire thing back up. I feel really bad right now. I'm thinking about calling an ambulance. Very light headed.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

I had a royal steak burger, which included bacon, an egg, and everything else on a normal steak burger. On the side I had cheesy fries and a cookies and cream shake.

Thursday tried the new Prime Steak burger,
2 hours after eating , nausea, then massive throwing up all night , then diarrhea , fever, no appetite it’s now Monday starting to get better.

So I went to steak and shake at around 6:30 I ate a huge burger with all the toppings and i also had tenders with fries right after I finished I had an upset stomach. Time went by like at around 12:00 pm I had serious diarrhea non stop till rn and it is 6AM  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
