Had a sweet onion chicken teriyaki delivered last night around 10pm. Spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickle, processed cheese. Upset stomach, diarrhea, nausea since waking. I was busy yesterday and only had oatmeal for breakfast, and that sub for dinner. I feel awful.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea
