Ate a veggie delight, with all the vegetables and provolone and pepper jack cheese. It was the only thing I ate since the day before and since then. 2 hours later, got nausea, severe vomiting, severe body aches, and chills. Next day got diarrhea. Feeing quite dehydrated. Ate a tuna sub from there last night and started feeling nauseous this morning and now all day still.

We got the food and we ate it as soon as we got home. 4 people got sick, it took about 1 day before symptoms started. The lady who was making the sandwiches looked really dirty, she didn’t even change her gloves and was mixing the vegetables with her bare hands.
