Ate a oven roasted chicken sandwich with honey oat bread and the works at 8 pm. Got diarrhea around 10 pm and once again at 4am. And another time around 9 am.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

Ate a grilled chicken sub at 4pm. At 4:45pm, after leaving the hospital parking structure, I was rushing back into the hospital, parked on a curb - diarrhea. At 10pm, still diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

My friend and I had lunch on March 30, 2019 at Subway. By Sunday evening, we were both very ill with identical symptoms. This was the only meal we had in common. I hadn't seen my friend in a couple of weeks so it's not as if he had passed on a virus to me.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I brought a chicken wrap about 2pm. Around 11pm my diarrhoea started, Sunday I felt nauseous all day and continued to have diarrhoea. Monday morning I’ve been vomiting, still have diarrhoea and my stomach is in agony.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea
