My wife, our friend and I all ate subway last night and we all woke up in the middle of the night with horrible diarrhea and stomach pain. Around 7 pm on Monday, October 3, 2016, I ate a ham sandwich from Subway with gluten-free bread, garnished with all the vegetables and with mayonnaise. Got very sick around 3 am the morning after, followed by heavy cramping in the afternoon for a few hours. I got a black forest ham sub with onions, lettuce, and ceasar dressing and my sister got a bmt with lettuce and onions. Within 45 minutes of the first bite we both had diarrhea and nausea. 3 hours later it's continuing and I now have a fever as well.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever
