I got a double Chalupa box, one came with beef and the other was chicken. That was late April 1st. I woke up the next day. Sunday, April 2nd with a sore stomach. I bought a steak and grilled cheese burrito around 12:30pm on march 31st, i started developing diarrhea that continued all night up until 3am when i started vomiting violently and had to go the ER and get zofran and an IV  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
