I had a steak chalupa on December 27th at 1:30 p.m. at Taco Bell. This was the first thing I ate that day and the last other than some soda crackers. Ate chalupa and 1/2 bean/beef/nacho cheese burrito with hot sauce. Headache and dizziness with slight temperature occurred 45 minutes afterwards. 4 hours later nausea. 6 hours vommiting and higher temperature.
