Ate it last night and symptoms started this morning, last week same thing, I am a nursing home residents as well so I know it was taco bell. Not additional details really, they just need to know and fix it so no one else gets sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I bought a crunchwrap supreme on friday and was bedridden with violent chills, fever and aggressive migraine for two days. Upon showing up for work, the fever and chills continued and developed extremely painful inflammation around my entire midsection particularly around my kidneys.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Migraine
