I bought a meal deal from here which included a chicken and studding sandwich, a packet of bbq hula hoops and a bottle of coke at lunch time, come evening time I have had sickness and diarrhoea.
I have been eating the same breakfast each morning so it can’t have been my breakfast.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea,Vomiting,Fever,Stomach Pain,Chills
Suspected source: Supermarket guacamole
Onset: Seven hours
Duration: 14 hours
Sick: One
Additional information: I just forced myself to vomit. Pain is a little less.
Had constant stomach pain until now.
Feel I have slight temperature. Feel very weak.
