My wife bought home 2 dinners chicken with gravy, mushrooms and corn. The mushrooms tasted funny I only had 2 bites but now I have been throwing up for 2 days and diarrhea. My wife feels fine she had no mushrooms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Wednesday night I had chicken with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Woke up Thursday morning nauseous and uneasy. I started vomiting and had diarrhea for hours. I had the rib basket and I’ve been in the bathroom all night long. Literally every hour I was in the bathroom and I had extreme heartburn .My boyfriend had a smothered steak with a salad and loaded mashed potatoes and he has been back and forth to the bathroom too.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Heartburn

I got food poisoning roughly 7 hours after eating at Texas Roadhouse. I ordered a ceaser salad, a sirloin that was cooked medium, and a sweet potato loaded. I was vomiting and had diarrhea for roughly two doors after eating at this location.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We ate chili 02/08/2024. My husband ate some of his but not much meat. I ate all of my meat and chili and ended up with food poisoning so bad I went to the ER @ 6pm Friday. Tested and I had E. Coli (EPEC). Still sick… Honestly I’ve had food poisoning once before but this severely made me sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
