Got sick from 2 separate chicken items in the refrigerated section. My fiancé ate chicken piccata and was puking hours later. I ate the blackened chicken and was also puking hours later. Never again!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ate packaged Butter Leaf lettuce from there in the evening, woke up with severe diarrhea and vomited. Usually I wash the lettuce before eating but this time I didn’t. It lasted for 2 days and was horrible!!!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Last night, I suspect it was from their Tortilla wraps. I opened the package, and the tortillas were stuck together and damp. I toasted some pieces in the microwave anyway and ate them. By the next evening, my stomach felt like a toxic waste dump.
