4 hours after eating Safe Catch brand canned tuna that I bought at Walmart in New Albany IN, I started vomiting and after about 20 times, had to go to the ER for IV fluids and IV meds to make it stop. While there, had explosive diarrhea, also.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Every time I have Cheerios I has terrible stomach pain and after my stomach processes them I have terrible diarrhea. Same with the walmart brand ones too. No allergies or intolerances. Started happening when I was young but always use to eat them before it started happening.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Headache

I got a bag of regular chicken fries and a bag of the cheese flavored ones. I ate the regular ones and my kids ate the cheese ones and we all was feeling really sick to our stomach and having diarrhea. It lasted about a day maybe a little over that.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

A few hours after eating Hebrew National All natural hot dog ( from WM near Phoenix AZ) my stomach started feeling bad. Bad stomach cramps.This continued and intensified for several days. My wife who ate same thing had stomach problems & diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Stomach Pain, Cramps, Diarrhea
