I ordered the Surf and Pinchos for dinner and believe it gave me food poisoning. By 11:30pm I was all of a sudden violently vomiting and having diarrhea multiple times through the night. I’m not sure if it is from this specifically, but both today and yesterday after I had my subway sandwich with tuna, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles and italian herb and cheese bread my stomach has been churning and I have been having diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
