Today, I think here, I ate a chicken sandwich, fries and a few sips of a chocolate shake. Started feeling off by bedtime. Woke up nauseous and with stomach cramps. Been sick all day with nauseau, light diarrhea, light fever and a headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Headache

I at a #5 combo meal with a sprite at around 10pm. At around midnight I started experiencing abdominal pain vomiting and diarrhea. Was there may 9th still experiencing symptoms may 10th 2022 at 8:35am  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
