我们在 23 年 1 月 12 日晚上 8 点 17 分左右订购了鸡肉碗白米饭配玉米和番茄莎莎酱、薯条和 queso 奶酪以及 2 个软玉米饼。饭碗非常温暖，还有我们住在 10 分钟路程外并在那里吃的玉米饼。在我和儿子吃完食物后的 10-15 分钟内，我们立刻出现了胃痉挛然后是腹泻，我自己整晚都很恶心，几个小时后腹泻消退了，我儿子的胃痉挛和腹泻更多。我们一直在 Chipotle 吃饭，从来没有生过病。我们将继续在那里吃饭。我要说的是，准备柜台太恶心了，食物在准备过程中受到了交叉污染。当其中一位员工在我们面前为顾客准备食物时，他不小心在番石榴菜的外面容器里多余的食物掉到了柜台上，然后他把它推回那里，盛有鳄梨调味酱的碗里，然后另一名员工把酸奶油放到了另一边。这就是为什么我们只选择玉米和莎莎酱。我意识到这里很忙，但是食物交叉污染太多了。我们将继续去那里工作人员非常友好而且他们非常努力地工作。

felt great ordered a bowl steak and chicken. Then started feeling ill and ended up vomiting and sh**ting all night long, I ate alone and ordered to go so im not sure who else got sick but there has to be others beacuse this is forsure food…

我在 6/5/18 吃了一个牛排卷饼碗，6 小时之内我突然出现了严重的胃痉挛，伴随着发烧而呕吐。我丈夫也有鸡肉卷饼，经历了胃痉挛但没有呕吐。这不是一个愉快的经历。

Visited restaurant around 6:00 pm and had a burrito bowl with white rice, veggies, chicken, corn salsa and cheese.

我整天只吃了一碗 Chipotle。我没消耗任何其他东西。我一直在那里吃饭而且我是一个非常健康的人。食用一小时后我开始感到胃痛，三小时后开始感到恶心。5 个小时后我就吐了然后发烧了 37.8â°C

I ordered a chipotle bowl at 6:40pm on 2/23. I ate half the bowl fresh, and saved the other half for tommorow. I finished the bowl at 7:00pm of 2/24. I started vomiting at 3am on the morning of 2/25. I have vomited a total of 4…
