吃完晚饭大约 7 小时后醒来非常恶心。整晚都有胃痛和恶心，一直持续到早晨。

Had chicken burrito bowl, white.rice, black beans, fajitas, sour cream, lettuce, cheese etc.. ate at around 8 pm on Feb 15.

I was in novi on business and ate lunch. Within 8 hours I was projectile vomiting and had severe diarrhea. I had a steak burrito and am wondering if others got sick? One of the worst nights I've ever had.. 6-8 hours before symptoms, vomiting diarrhea, I was by myself
