昨天买了一份沙拉，里面有 sofritas、两个豆子、都是大米、番茄莎莎 + 玉米莎莎 + 绿番茄莎莎、奶酪和 queso blanco。之后感觉真的很头晕和恶心，胃痉挛，无法吃完碗然后放进冰箱里，之后症状持续了一整天。今天早上有腹泻，吃了一些剩菜（没有完全联系起来），然后在 2 小时内又开始感觉更糟，令人难以置信的恶心和分离，干燥的起伏和轻微呕吐。把剩下的碗扔掉然后打电话告诉他们，他们问我想怎么解决，我是否想要免费主菜等等，但我告诉他们我只是想让他们知道，这样他们就可以检查温度/操控性。通常我在那里没事，但是过去一天我几乎没吃过其他任何东西，所以我很确定这是直接相关的。我的室友也有一个装有鸡肉的墨西哥卷饼碗但他没问题

Ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl on the night of November 6th, which followed with constant diarrhea after an hour of consumption. I had diarrhea over 50 times by Thursday evening, which continued through Saturday morning.

I ate chipotle at 6: 30 p.m. At around midnight, I woke up with severe nausea, followed by diarrhea and vomiting for an hour. I took some Nauzene and was eventually able to fall back asleep around 3 a.m.

I ordered a chicken burrito with brown rice, lettuce, cheese, and sour cream on Wednesday, February 22nd at 6:15pm. I started showing food poisoining symptoms at around 3am. It started with an upset stomach (felt like I was being stabbed) and then vomiting at around 6am. Diarrhea…
