Eating at a casino buffet, Approximately 2 hours after getting home he complained of severe abdominal pain. He started vomiting/diarrhea around 1:30am last night and never stopped until 6am this morning. He vomited and had diarrhea continuously every 2-3 minutes.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

Chicken noodle soup. I did go to the emergency room for it. I also got sick off of a fruit salad last week fruit had mold on it. And grilled cheese bread had mold on it!, Two employees (I was one of them) within 45 minutes I got sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

除夕免费开胃自助餐-最有可能来自肉丸。严重呕吐、腹泻、大量出汗、头晕。晚上 11 点 30 分左右离开赌场，症状从早上 7 点 30 分开始。我妻子没有吃自助餐，也没有症状。没有酒精。向赌场经理报告。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀, 头晕, 出汗

我和我丈夫去了内华达州拉斯维加斯南角赌场的咖啡厅吃圣诞晚餐，我们俩都在那里点了特别的土耳其晚餐，这是 4 道菜的饭菜，大多数人都在点菜，我们在晚上 8 点 30 分左右坐下来，然后终于在晚上 10 点结束，因为之后我们要去看一场演出晚上 10 点 20 分，我们在凌晨 1 点左右回到家，然后我丈夫凌晨 3 点左右开始从肚子抽筋然后凌晨 4 点左右他开始腹泻开始大约每 20 分钟 6 点开始呕吐，大约早上 7 点他打电话去上班，告诉他们他有食物中毒，他得了高度发烧。他发冷了我有三条毯子遮住他的脸是灰色的他看起来像是死亡在等他我然后打电话给我们的医生然后告诉她发生了什么事然后她带他去急诊室但他拒绝了，所以我去商店给他买些佳得乐给他补水然后给他 2imodium 我们已经超过 24 小时没睡过了我本来忙着照顾他，但那是我们那天最后也是唯一吃的东西，所以我们知道它一定是从那里来的，而且从我们开始吃完这一切开始的 6 小时我只想知道是否还有人生病了，非常感谢
