发霉的橘子。直到我吃了一半的橙子才注意到，只是想知道为什么它们的味道太可怕了。原来袋子里没有一个橙子可以食用。他们都有绿色/白色的霉菌。第二天整天都有胃痛。

第二次错误地从 Safeway 购买过期的食物，包括熟食店里的老腐臭通心粉沙拉。

昨晚我吃了波兰香肠

回家的路上我感觉很不舒服

躺在床上我胃痛得很厉害，最终在凌晨 1 点到上午 9 点之间每小时都会生病-发高烧

然后我睡了一会儿然后恶心醒来

我管理了一些水，最后还管理了一些吐司

而且我现在有点腹泻

我不得不错过工作而且我太累了，无法写完整的句子
