I had a steak nachos box and naked chalupa around noon lunch time on 7/5/18, by 2PM. I had nausea and vomiting. 30 mins later full blown diarrhea. Horrible feeling and still have the nausea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Had bacon cheese burger, bacon cheese fries and chocolate shake. I think it was the cheese on the fries as I shared the shake with my son and the burger was cooked through.

Started having pain, diarrhea about 30min after eating. Hadn’t eaten anything else since breakfast 8 hrs earlier.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

It happen on June 30th, I had 3 tacos, 2 dorito ones and I can’t recall the other one. That same day I threw up several times and had terrible symptoms. I ended up going to the hospital due to passing out. After 5 days, I’m finally starting to feel a bit better.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ate earlier today around 8pm. About twenty minutes later I started to experience extreme cramping and pain that wouldn’t go away as well as nausea. At 1:15 am I had diarrhea and at 1:35 am I began to throw up everything that I had eaten. I still feel nausea and sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
