8 月 20 日，我吃了新鲜的牛肉刺身。然后，第二天我也整天都有腹泻和呕吐，我出了皮疹。我的朋友有和我的症状一样。所以，我们打电话给餐厅抱怨。

但是餐馆老板确切地告诉我的是，我们订购了新鲜的牛肉刺身，但它不是新鲜的，它是用微波炉冷冻和解冻的。而且，他们没有为我们的疾病提供任何解决方案和道歉。

我昨天凌晨 1 点吃了鸡肉炸玉米饼。它带有炸薯条，还有鳄梨和某种奶油，经过仔细检查，这只鸡肯定不是真正的鸡肉，而是机械分离的垃圾。我从今天下午 3 点到凌晨 3 点扔了 12 个小时。很长一段时间以来我头疼得最厉害。

Bowl- white rice, chicken, mild sauce, veggies, sour cream, guacamole.
Ate half of the bowl. 2.5hrs later, started having stomach aches, nausea and vomiting  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

My son and myself had brunch today around 11:30am, we ordered a breakfast sampler and lemonade. After an hour or so we had terrible pain in gut, sweating and feeling nauseous. Just about made it to bathroom. It’s been a few hours now and we are still trotting off to bathroom visits.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My wife and niece went to Big Orange Bubble Tea, Chilliwack and bought different flavours but had the same Lychee bubbles. My wife also gave some to our 16month old son.
All 3 had different lunches before.

arctic cod with fries. on July 12 2018 - Just my Grandson. started feeling sick within the hour. Felt naucious and had diareah for the night and next day. He took his girl friend out for dinner and a movie which he paid for with money he had saved up for and the night was not a pleasant one for him.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
